June 23^rd 2009: Prom night for the students of the École Secondaire Beaulieu at the Campus du Fort St-Jean in the Dextraze Pavillion, We will be playing for the graduates entry and during the cocktail and part of the meal. So our menu will be cocktail music galore.

Mach 14^th 2009: Wine and Cheese fot the new troops to be deployed in Afghanistan next April and their families.

May 16^th 2009: Private wedding for one of Denis Bellemare's relative; the location is yet to be determined.

This one will be a first because it will be the first time that the quintet will be performing without Denis on tuba, the lucky fellow will be on a romantic trip to Croatia celebrating his 20 years of mariage with his lovely wife Monique. Sabrina Boulanger will be replacing Denis for the occasion.

May 30 ^th 2009: Brass Kamarades was selected as guest performers for the 119^th Spring concert of the Cercle Philharmonique de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu with Vincent Lima conducting. Mr Lima is presently working on an arrangement of "Just a Closer Walk" for the concert band to accompany the brass quintet. We will probably perform a couple more pieces from aour repertoire during the venue.

June 19^th 2009: Prom night for Mgr Richard High School of Verdun at the Marriott's Montreal Château Champlain.

June 23^rd 2009: Prom Night of Beaulieu High School of Saint-Jean at the Fort St-Jean Campus.

November 8^th 2008: Studio session with the string ensemble Les Goûts Réunis at the Studio Red Tube to record the Cantata 147 from J.S. Bach.

April 17 ^th 2008: Ambiance music cocktail style for the "Colloque Femmes et Développement Local" at the Relais Gouverneurs Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu hotel. An event to mark women's contribution on the local development scene.

May 22^nd 2008: An event to recognize the long carreer of the Hôpital du Haut-Richelieu' employees with more than 25 years of loyal services.

January 20^th 2008: Café Concert at the Saint-Luc librairy in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, from 11h00 to noon. Free concert, so first come first serve, only 150 seats available. Followed with free coffee and pastries where you will be able to have a chat with us.

February 9^th 2008: Private St-Valentine's dinner for the Fort Saint-Jean Corporation employeees at the Old Mess with a cocktail starting at 6:00 PM.

December 19^th 2007: Christmass Dinner at the senior residence Ambiance on Nun's Island in Montreal.

October 13^th 2007: The senior aimed TV program Y'a Plein d'Soleil featuring Brass Kamarades aired at 11:00 AM and rerunned on the 17^th at 2:00 PM.

October 10^th 2007: Exclusive newspaper article in the Weekend section of the Canada Français newspaper.

September 29^th 200 : Enregistrement pour l'émission Y'a Plein d'Soleil du réseau TQS.

September 22^nd 2007: Mariage privé à la Bergerie de L’Acadie avec une cérémonie à l'extérieur dans un décor champêtre.

We might again be treated with a great meal and good wine with friendly staff at Le Castillon Restaurant of the hotel.

July 28^th 2007: Big wedding at the St-Athanase church. The brass quintet will be performing at the ceremony along with the "Choeur du Richelieu" and the violin ensemble "les Goûts Réunis". The quintet will go on playing for the cocktail during the reception.

August 4^th 2007: Wedding at the L'Acadie church at 3PM for Mélanie et Alexandre. Mélanie is a former clarinet player of the Cercle Philharmonique de Saint-Jean and it's with great pleasure that we agreed to make her day a memorable one.

September 1^st 2007: Yet another wedding, but a very special one since our only layd trumpet of the quintet will be exchanging vows with her beloved friend and accomplice Jean-François. The substitute for Guylaine is yet to be confirmed.

May 12^th 2007: Wedding for a friend of Denis Bellemare which will take place at the L'Assomption church in Lanaudière.

June 2^nd 2007: Again for the third year in a row, the fund raising corporate race for the Musée du Haut-Richelieu at the Campus du Fort Saint-Jean under the presidency of retired General Roméo Dallaire of the Canadian Forces. The program will include cocktail music under the tent for the finishing teams and a complimentary Sousa march for the General. This event is a for a good cause and helps our museum spread our culture.

June 2^nd 2007: Wedding that will take place at the famous Hotel and Spa Les Trois Tilleuls in Saint-Marc-sur-Richelieu.

February 3^rd 2007: Our trombone player is getting ready to tie the knot in February with his sweetheart Karine, a clarinet player from the Cercle Philharmonique. We will play for the event but Claude will be replaced by his old friend Marcel-André Boulais. I think Marcel-André is more nervous about the whole thing than Claude. The event will take place at the L'Acadie church and we will be accompanied by a few members of the Choeur du Richelieu and their great pianist.

February 10^th 2007: A big celebration in view for the 40th founding anniversary of the Cadets Corps CC 2800 of Verdun. More details will follow shortly.

Fall 2006: We gave ourselves a target to release a Christmas music CD before Christmas and we're working hard at it. Another CD with ambiance and cocktail music should follow. On my part, I'm working on a web page with audio clips that should be on line soon so you will be able to put a sound to the faces.

Septembre 23^rd 2006: The second edition of the Corporate Race called "Le deuxième Défi du Général" under the prsidency of retired General Roméo Dallaire took place and again was a real success. The terrain was soaked due to heavy rain but we had a ball playing for the event and the General was as usual a great sport and agreed ta have his picture taken with us with his permission to post it on our site. August 13^th 2006: Outdoor concert at Jameson Park in Venise-en-Québec, the program will consist of a good variety of music which I'm sure will please our vacationing friends and citizens of this beautiful US border municipality from which I still cherish nice moments.

June 3^rd 2006: Joint concert with the now renamed Choeur Do Ré Mi at the St-Athanase church. The choir will be accompanied by us for 5 pieces on a Québecois folklore theme and we will do our own presentation that will give everyone a taste of our music répertoire.

November 27^th 2005: 5th fund raising concert for the Quebec Cerebral Palsy Association at the St-Athanase chuch of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. The pallette of artists accompanied by Brass Kamarades and the Orchestre smnphonique des jeunes de Laval-Laurentides was including the well known pianist Richard Abel, Cirque du Soleil's classical signer Nadya Blanchette, famous Quebecois rocker Martin Deschamps, Canadian Idol's Audrey De Montigny, VRAK TV's MixMania,s Pierre-Luc Blais and his father Jean-Luc Blais, renowned soprano Giorgia "GioAria" Fumenti and the Amalgamme Choir from St-Jean.

December 18^th 2005: Christmas concert of the Do-Ré Choir of St-Jean with again " Les Goûts Réunis" violin ensemble at the St-Noël-Chabanel church in St-Jean.

July 30^th 2005: Private outdoor wedding ceremony and celebration at the enchanting site of the Fourquet Fourchette Restaurant right next to Historical Fort Chambly. Music included Pachelbel's Canon, Mendelsohn's Wedding March amongst others.

March 24^th 2005: Joint concert with the violin ensemble "Les Goûts Réunis" at L'Acadie Church.  Program included Rossini's William Tell Ouverture, Ravel's Bolero and Saint-Caëns' Carnaval des Animaux.
